How onboarding works

  2. We import your existing data. Clients and upcoming appointments from your old system can be brought over so you are not starting from scratch.
  3. You get a new business line and booking page. Your practice can start using its new phone number and online booking link under Easy Flow.
  4. Existing clients can simply text the new number. They can book, reschedule, or cancel using the new business line, including appointments that were imported from your old provider.
  5. You switch at a controlled pace. Once you are ready, your old booking path can be turned off and Easy Flow becomes the new front door for scheduling.
