Service description
Easy Flow provides scheduling and appointment communication tools for solo practices, including online booking, text-based appointment messaging, reminders, rescheduling support, and related practice management functions.
Permitted use
Users may use Easy Flow only for lawful business and appointment communication purposes. The service may not be used for spam, unlawful marketing activity, harassment, or any activity that violates messaging rules or carrier requirements.
Text message consent
Users are responsible for using appropriate consent practices when collecting client phone numbers for messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. End users may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Account responsibility
Practitioners are responsible for maintaining accurate business information, protecting their login credentials, and reviewing how the platform is configured for their practice.
Availability and changes
Easy Flow may update, change, improve, or discontinue features over time. We aim to operate the platform reliably, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Fees
Paid features, pricing, or future subscription plans may be offered subject to separate pricing terms or agreements.
