Text messaging

Easy Flow sends appointment-related messages such as confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling updates. Message frequency varies by user activity. Message and data rates may apply. Users can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell mobile numbers or personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, such as messaging, hosting, payment, or infrastructure partners.

Data minimization

Easy Flow is designed to keep scheduling data focused on operational use. It is not intended to be a general repository for clinical notes or other unnecessary sensitive free text.
